Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of sticks.codes and the STICKS Rewards service. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms and the Rewards Program Terms.

Effective July 22, 2026

1. Eligibility and account

The service is only for adults age 21 or older. You must provide accurate information, keep access to your email secure, and use only one account. You may not create an account for another person or transfer an account.

We may refuse, restrict, or close an account when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect the program, investigate misuse, or enforce these Terms.

2. What the service does

STICKS Rewards lets eligible members scan valid product codes, earn promotional points, review activity, participate in published offers, and use points for eligible non-cannabis rewards when available.

The service does not sell, deliver, recommend, or arrange the purchase of cannabis. A code or point award does not authorize conduct that is unlawful where you are.

3. Codes, receipts, and acceptable use

A generated code from an active product batch may ordinarily be redeemed once by one eligible member. We may ask for a receipt when a code is unavailable, duplicated, already used by another account, or associated with unusual activity.

  • Do not guess, scrape, automate, sell, share, alter, or harvest codes.
  • Do not scan inventory before consumer sale or submit a receipt you do not have the right to use.
  • Do not create false accounts, evade limits, interfere with the service, or misrepresent a purchase.

4. Reviews and program integrity

We may use account, code, batch, retailer, receipt, device, network, and timing information to prevent duplicate awards and investigate misuse. A claim may be approved, challenged, held for review, denied, or reversed.

If we detect or reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, manipulation, unauthorized inventory scanning, code or receipt sharing, automation, false accounts, limit evasion, or another threat to the program, STICKS may act immediately and without advance notice to the extent permitted by law. Actions may include suspending claims, blocking an account or device, voiding codes, revoking or correcting points, canceling a pending reward, reversing an award, or closing an account. We may preserve relevant records and are not required to disclose anti-fraud rules or evidence when doing so would compromise security or an investigation.

If you believe a decision is wrong, contact us for human review. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim.

5. Ownership

STICKS and its licensors own the service, branding, software, content, and related intellectual property. We give you a limited, personal, revocable right to use the service as intended. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or commercially exploit it.

6. Third-party services

The service relies on third-party hosting, authentication, storage, email, security, and future fulfillment providers. Their services may be unavailable or subject to separate terms. STICKS is not responsible for an independently operated retailer or other third party.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, perfect security, error-free code recognition, or that every reward will remain available. Nothing in the service is medical, legal, or purchasing advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, STICKS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or loss caused by unauthorized account access. Our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid directly to STICKS for the service during the prior 12 months.

Some jurisdictions do not allow particular limitations. Those limitations apply only to the extent permitted, and nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

9. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify STICKS from third-party claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the service, fraud, infringement, or violation of these Terms. This does not apply to claims caused by STICKS.

10. Changes and termination

We may update the service or these Terms. We will post an effective date and provide additional notice or request renewed agreement when a material change requires it. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Governing law

Oregon law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes will be brought in state or federal courts located in Oregon. These Terms do not include a mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver.

12. Contact

Questions, accessibility requests, account issues, and legal notices may be sent to info@ltrmn.com.
